REVIEW DRAFT — not effective or published. Draft mine.terms.draft.2026-10-03.1, prepared September 23, 2026 and revised October 3, 2026. An effective date, operator address, distribution/license configuration and territory review remain unresolved. Some sections describe features that are still being finished before launch.
1. Who provides Mine
Mine is provided by Solsk, Inc. I’m Brandon, the person building Mine. You can contact me at brandon@solsk.app. References to “I” in these Terms mean Brandon acting for Solsk, Inc.; the company is the contracting party.
Before publication: insert the company’s legal contact address and any registration or regional representative information required for the territories actually served.
These Terms cover the Mine app and Mine’s website. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; the AI-use notice explains AI features. Using Pay with Mine sends the store page’s visible text, a screenshot and the page details described in the Privacy Policy to OpenAI through Mine’s server to read the cart; you can turn this off at any time in Privacy & data. Other optional uses of data, such as research or marketing, need their own choice.
2. Eligibility and joining
Mine is for adults 18 or older, subject to any higher minimum or additional eligibility requirement where Mine is offered. You must be able to enter this agreement and use Mine lawfully. Do not use another person’s account or misrepresent eligibility.
When the account service is available, selecting Continue with Apple after the linked notice confirms that you meet these age requirements and agree to these Terms. Apple authenticates your Apple account; that alone does not establish your age or eligibility. Mine may need a separate age or territory check where applicable.
Use the Apple account that belongs to you, protect access to it, and contact me if you suspect unauthorized use. A device app lock is a separate protection; it does not create, recover or delete a Mine account.
3. Everything bought through Mine checkout is virtual
Mine lets you browse real websites and create an independent simulated purchase inside Mine. Mine checkout does not place a retailer or restaurant order, spend real money, create a real debt, book a courier, reserve stock, or transfer a physical product or property to you.
Mine funds, installments, receipts, deliveries and collections belong to that simulation. An item marked as yours is a digital representation available within Mine, not title to a real object or a promise that a merchant will deliver it. Package contents are shown before the simulated purchase; opening a package is not a paid chance to win a random prize.
A merchant website remains a real website. If you independently buy something or enter information on that website, the merchant’s checkout and terms apply. That transaction is separate from Mine. Mine’s virtual balance cannot pay a merchant, and Mine cannot cancel or refund a merchant order.
4. Mine funds and progress
The intended launch gives each eligible new account a one-time starter equivalent to USD $10,000 in fictional Mine funds. It is not a cash grant. Changing language or display currency, reinstalling the app or signing in on another device does not entitle an account to another starter.
After that, funds come from the earning features actually offered in Mine. The app explains relevant allowance limits and reward conditions. Mine funds cannot be bought for cash at launch, redeemed, withdrawn, transferred to another person or exchanged for real prizes. They are not a deposit, investment or financial product. A currency symbol or conversion is part of the simulation.
Virtual installments use only Mine funds. They do not create interest-bearing real credit, a credit report entry or a collection obligation. Correcting an error, reversing an invalid operation or restoring saved progress may change a virtual balance or record. Opening the same item again does not multiply its reward.
The initial release is intended to be free, with no advertising or subscriptions. Later paid features, advertising, public competition, research or market simulations are not activated by these Terms. Any such addition needs its own accurate explanation, applicable choices and release review before use.
5. Browsing, imports and digital representations
Stores and restaurants are independent third parties. Their appearance in Mine does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or permission to reuse all of their content. Their names, products and trademarks remain theirs.
An import can be incomplete, outdated or unsupported. Review the item, option, quantity, currency and amounts before confirming a virtual purchase. A merchant’s displayed price is not a guaranteed Mine conversion or an offer from Solsk, Inc. Mine may decline an import it cannot support reliably.
Images and models are representations. A stylized or AI-generated model may omit details or look different from the real product. Model availability is not guaranteed for every source; an eligible photo fallback may be used when a model is unavailable. Only use content you have permission to provide. A personal collection does not give you rights to sell, distribute or commercially exploit someone else’s images, designs or branding.
6. Acceptable use and your content
Use Mine for personal, lawful activity. Do not exploit errors to duplicate funds or rewards, bypass account or eligibility controls, interfere with the app, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, or use Mine to obtain access to private systems or information. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or other unnecessary private material to cart interpretation or product generation.
You keep rights you hold in content you provide. To operate features you choose, you permit Solsk, Inc. to store, process and display that content for those features, subject to the Privacy Policy and the relevant permissions. This does not transfer ownership of your content or grant an unrelated advertising or model-training license. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.
7. App license and Apple
For App Store distribution, the proposed licensing approach is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with these Terms governing Mine’s service and simulation. That license grants use of the software; it does not sell the app’s intellectual property. Solsk, Inc. remains responsible for Mine and its support. Apple does not operate or endorse Mine.
Before publication: confirm that the App Store listing actually uses the standard license and review how it interacts with these service terms. This draft does not silently establish a custom App Store EULA. If a custom license is chosen instead, replace this section with a reviewed agreement satisfying Apple’s required provisions, including developer address and contact details.
8. Changes, interruption and account closure
Features may change as Mine develops. Material changes to these Terms should be explained before they take effect, with renewed agreement where required. A new policy version must not silently override a choice you made in Privacy & data. New rules should identify their effect on existing balances or collections rather than suggesting virtual items have a cash value.
Solsk, Inc. may limit or suspend access for a material breach, misuse, a security issue or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, I will explain the reason and give you a way to contact me about a mistake. These Terms do not remove any notice, remedy or appeal rights required by law.
You may stop using Mine. The account-data help page describes available controls and their current limits. Deleting an app, signing out, deleting a Mine account and clearing merchant browser data are different actions. The account-data help page explains how to request account deletion and its current limits. Closure ends access to associated simulated balances and collections, subject to applicable retention and consumer rights. Mine funds have no cash refund value.
9. Problems, remedies and applicable rights
Mine’s virtual items, suggested prices and AI output are not financial, purchasing or investment advice. Service interruptions or errors may occur. If something goes wrong, contact me with enough information to investigate without sending passwords or payment details.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory guarantee, remedy, liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose an arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or invented liability cap. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available.
Before publication: a qualified reviewer must settle any governing-law and dispute-forum provision for Solsk, Inc. and the actual launch territories. No jurisdiction is selected in this draft, and no worldwide clearance is implied.
