I’m Brandon, the person building Mine for Solsk, Inc. Email brandon@solsk.app for support, accessibility problems, privacy requests or an incorrect record. Opening an email link starts a draft in your mail app; nothing is sent until you send it.
Include the app version if available, what you were trying to do and the message you saw. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information first. Do not send your Apple password, sign-in codes, full payment details or identity documents unless a specific lawful process genuinely needs them. No response-time guarantee has been established.
Apple sign-in
Mine accounts use Sign in with Apple. If sign-in can’t finish, Mine shows a message on the sign-in screen with Try again; repeated taps never create a second account.
Device app lock is separate: it uses the iPhone’s Face ID, Touch ID or passcode prompt. It does not change your Apple account or register a Mine passkey. Passkeys aren’t available yet.

The clear controls have separate scopes because merchant browsing, earlier history and account data are different records. If Mine reports damaged or unreadable saved data, use the offered recovery path and contact me; do not assume a failure message means data was erased.
Account deletion and a copy of your data
Still being finished. Export and deletion requests may not complete yet. There is no current promise that an account export is ready, that a requested deletion has run, or that provider copies and backups have expired.
You can email me to ask about data, make a privacy request or report a problem with a local record. I cannot remotely retrieve device-only earlier history merely because you provide an Apple email address. Share only the relevant information through a method you choose.
Before public account creation launches, this page must identify a working in-app route to request account deletion, explain confirmation and status, and describe how to request an available copy. It must also identify any data lawfully retained, its reason and duration/criteria, backup treatment, and what happens to active operations. Asking for help by email is not a substitute for the required in-app account-deletion entry.
AI choices and other permissions
AI cart reading and model generation need separate contextual choices before external processing. Signup does not enroll you in research, analytics, marketing or tracking. A choice shows as saved only after Mine’s server confirms it.
The final connected app must provide the specific withdrawal route and accurately explain in-progress work. Device permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings. A merchant website has its own account, cookie and privacy controls.
Real orders and Mine orders
Mine checkout uses fictional funds and creates a simulation. It does not order from a merchant or restaurant. If you independently made a real purchase on a merchant website, contact that merchant about shipping, cancellation or refunds; Mine funds cannot pay or reverse that transaction.
