A little help.

Account help, subscriptions, privacy, and a way to reach Brandon.

Last updated: [release date TBD]

Unpublished Four Tracks draft. This page is prepared for a future backend and app release. The features and changes below are not live. Release dates, agreement wording, and controls marked [label TBD] still need review.

I’m Brandon, the person behind CD. If something feels off or you need a hand, email brandon@solsk.app.

Tell me what happened and what you were trying to do. If the app shows a reference or error, include it. Please keep passwords, identity documents, and chat recovery keys out of your email.

Getting started

CD is coming to iPhone. This website is for reading about it and getting help; accounts and conversations belong in the app.

If you already have CD installed, use Sign in with Apple with the Apple Account you used before. Complete the account setup shown in the app. Identity verification is optional; skipping it leaves the app available. The current development build’s simulated Stripe test checks are marked as tests and do not establish real identity or age. For quick answers about typing, invitations, privacy, and connection messages, open the FAQ.

Your details are your call

Open details to edit or remove what you’ve saved. The use this for matching and show this on my profile choices are separate. Keeping a suggested detail doesn’t turn either one on.

To take a break from new invitations, open settings → your invites → pause new invites. This also stops new flyers and flyer notices. Existing conversations and flyers already delivered in meet stay available. Nobody gets told you paused.

You add club memberships yourself. Using a membership for matching, showing it on your profile, and welcoming newcomers are separate choices, all off at first. Club membership controls: [label TBD]. Leaving a club or turning its matching off stops newcomer reach and turns off findability on that club’s flyers. Your going response stays. For a sensitive club, its pending flyers expire too.

The flyer preference starts off. Flyer preference control: [label TBD]. You can mark a flyer going, not going, or dismissed, and separately choose to be findable while going. Flyer response controls: [label TBD]. Read the FAQ before choosing to be findable. Marking yourself going doesn’t book or confirm anything.

Memberships for withdrawn clubs or clubs outside your saved city appear only in your export. [Brandon decision TBD: how to remove these memberships without deleting the account.]

Your account agreement and AI setting

The agreement version for this release is [agreement version/date TBD]. Whether this release will ask returning users to accept a new version is still under review. Earlier installed versions may show older controls. Read the full explanation before agreeing.

Open settings → your agreement → turn off AI processing and wait for the app to confirm the change. You can still type and save a private draft of your words. Transcription, AI detail suggestions, and actions that require photo or content checks cannot finish while processing is off. A recording stays on your iPhone until you deliberately request transcription with processing allowed.

To allow it again, use the setting and deliberately agree to the current terms and privacy policy. This does not automatically process old drafts or recordings, turn on matching, or show details on your profile. Requests already sent cannot be recalled through the setting. Privacy explains what the change covers.

Turning AI off doesn’t delete stored topics, including related topics, or stop matching with them. Turn a detail’s use this for matching off or remove it to stop that use. Existing matching details can match more activity asks after this release because askers’ related activities are compared with topics already stored. Club memberships, flyer choices, and listing suggestions don’t use AI and don’t depend on the AI agreement.

Get a copy of your data

Open settings → privacy & safety → export my data, then choose where to save the file. Finish any active recording first.

The file includes your account information, current policy agreement and AI setting, photos, saved details, reports, and the drafts and saved recordings on that iPhone. It also includes:

  • Club memberships and their permissions, club topics, sensitive flag, and update date, including memberships for withdrawn clubs or clubs in another city.
  • Your flyer preference and flyer deliveries and responses, including the flyer and club, response state, findable choice, source, and dates.
  • Listing reports, including their IDs and text.
  • Related topics and the attachments on your own asks.

Invitation and connection exports leave their attachments out. The file also leaves out listing topics copied onto an ask, stored listing suggestions, the weekly flyer count, and scores. Private message text and chat recovery keys aren’t included. The privacy policy lists the other operational records left out of the export. If you need help with an access or correction request, email me.

Delete your account

Open settings → delete account and follow the Apple confirmation. Deleting the app from your iPhone doesn’t delete your account.

Account deletion removes your account information and ends your participation in conversations. It removes your memberships, flyer deliveries and responses, weekly flyer count, listing reports, listing suggestions, preview receipts, and asks and invitations with their attachments.

It can’t recall messages someone has already received or restore flyer reach already used. Reports about people and appeals may remain for their stated retention periods. Flyer routing and notification records expire on their own schedules. My withdrawal records that cite a listing report stay for 180 days. A connection’s attachment can remain with the other person until they remove the history. Read the privacy policy for the retention details.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that separately. If you can’t get into your account, email me for help.

Plans, restores, and cancellation

Open settings → your plan to find restore purchases and manage plan. Restoring uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. If your plan doesn’t look right, try restoring, then contact me if it still needs attention.

To cancel through Apple, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose CD, and follow the cancellation control. Apple shows the current renewal or expiry date. Apple’s cancellation instructions cover missing subscriptions too.

Keep your chat key

Before changing phones or signing out, open settings → chat recovery. Make a recovery key, save it somewhere only you can open, and confirm you’ve saved it after setup finishes.

On another device, use Restore my chats with that key. If you lose both the key and access to a verified device, old messages may be unrecoverable. I can’t unlock them for you. I lost my key starts a separate reset; new keys don’t bring old messages back.

Report, block, or ask for another look

Report a person from an invitation or conversation. Review the report before sending. A regular report shares your description and the original invitation; private messages are included only when you select them in the conversation and preview them for the report.

You can block someone too. Wait for the app to confirm it finished. Unblocking doesn’t restart an old invitation or conversation.

For a club, flyer, or place, use the listing-report control: [label TBD]. Choose a reason: spam, misleading, unsafe, inappropriate, or other. You may add up to 2,000 characters. Listing reports share the ten-per-day limit with reports about people.

A reported listing is hidden from your suggestions. Reporting a pending or going flyer dismisses it for you, prevents another delivery, and prevents marking it going. Reporting a club doesn’t automatically stop its flyers. Reports don’t hide listings from browse lists. I review listing reports and may withdraw a listing for everyone; a listing report never suspends a person.

To appeal a decision about a person, open settings → privacy & safety → ask for another look and include the decision or report reference. This doesn’t apply to listing reports, which have no appeal. If you can’t use the app, email me.

CD isn’t an emergency service. If there’s immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
