Advertiser policy

last updated: july 3, 2026

This advertiser policy explains how paid AdCard placements work in sølsk, the app and advertising program operated by Brandon Delgado. This policy applies to advertisers, sponsors, agencies, partners, and anyone submitting or paying for advertising in sølsk.

By buying, reserving, submitting, or approving an AdCard campaign, the advertiser agrees to this policy and to any campaign-specific written terms, invoice terms, or signed agreement that applies to the campaign.

1. operator and company information

sølsk is the app and advertising program operated by Brandon Delgado. Company, billing, tax, address, or business-registration details may appear on a campaign invoice, payment record, signed agreement, or verified business document when needed for a specific advertiser relationship.

Advertiser communications, campaign approvals, pricing discussions, invoices, and policy questions may be handled directly by Brandon Delgado or by approved service providers used to operate the app, billing, storage, analytics, or support systems.

Primary advertiser contact: brandon@solsk.app.

The legal and operational home for this policy is Texas, United States, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

2. AdCard campaigns

AdCards are paid or house advertising placements that may appear inside the sølsk experience, including the feed or other approved ad surfaces. AdCards may include advertiser name, sponsor label, title, description, image, video, call to action, and destination link.

AdCards are reviewed before launch. Approval of one campaign does not guarantee approval of another campaign, another creative, another link, or another future advertiser placement.

3. monthly campaign periods

AdCard campaigns are sold as fixed monthly campaign periods unless a different written agreement says otherwise. A paid campaign gives the advertiser access to the agreed campaign period only.

A campaign does not guarantee automatic renewal, permanent placement, category exclusivity, future pricing, or ownership of any ad slot unless that promise is clearly stated in a written agreement signed or approved by Brandon Delgado.

4. pricing

The current base monthly AdCard price is $650 per month unless a written invoice, package, or agreement states a different price.

Pricing may change for future campaign periods. A price paid for one month does not lock in the same price for later months. Future pricing may be based on available inventory, user activity, market demand, placement priority, campaign category, advertiser fit, creative needs, or negotiated terms.

5. negotiations and custom terms

sølsk may negotiate custom pricing, placement priority, campaign dates, category holds, creative support, reporting format, or other campaign terms. Negotiation is allowed, but a discussion, draft, email thread, text message, call, or proposal does not reserve inventory or create a binding campaign unless the campaign is approved in writing and any required payment is completed.

If a campaign-specific written agreement, approved invoice, or signed order conflicts with this policy, the more specific written campaign term controls for that campaign only. All other parts of this policy still apply.

6. renewals

Renewals are not automatic. sølsk has no obligation to renew any advertiser after a campaign period ends.

Renewal availability may depend on current pricing, campaign performance, available ad inventory, advertiser category, payment history, creative quality, user experience, and overall fit with the app.

An existing advertiser may be offered a chance to renew, but any renewal offer may use updated pricing, updated campaign terms, or updated placement availability.

7. limited inventory, waitlists, and higher offers

AdCard availability depends on user activity, feed traffic, ad-card supply, paid subscriptions that suppress ads, active campaigns, market demand, and user experience limits. sølsk may limit the number of advertisers accepted in any month to avoid overselling available attention.

If advertiser demand is higher than available inventory, sølsk may decline campaigns, place advertisers on a waitlist, offer later campaign dates, offer priority placements, negotiate custom pricing, or accept higher-priced future campaign opportunities.

A higher offer from another advertiser may be considered for a future campaign period. A higher offer will not remove a currently paid advertiser from an active campaign period unless the advertiser violates this policy, fails to pay, creates legal or safety risk, or a written agreement allows that change.

8. priority and category holds

Priority placements, premium rotation, and category holds are not included in the base monthly AdCard price unless written into the campaign agreement.

If an advertiser wants a higher share of available ad inventory, preferred placement, or a temporary block against direct competitors, that request must be approved separately and may require a higher price.

9. no guaranteed results

Unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise, AdCard campaigns do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, purchases, bookings, followers, revenue, signups, conversations, community growth, or other business outcomes.

Any traffic, impression, click, or revenue estimate is only a planning estimate. It is not a promise. Actual performance may vary based on user behavior, app traffic, placement availability, creative quality, campaign category, targeting, technical issues, and other factors.

10. ad review and approval

sølsk may review, approve, reject, pause, edit, request changes to, or remove any campaign or creative. Reasons may include misleading claims, low-quality assets, unsafe links, prohibited content, technical problems, user experience concerns, legal risk, brand fit, or incomplete advertiser information.

Advertisers must provide requested campaign information, including advertiser name, contact information, campaign dates, creative assets, destination URL, billing information, and any substantiation needed for claims made in the ad.

11. truthful advertising

Advertisers are responsible for making sure all ad claims are truthful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence. Ads must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and marketing laws.

Ads may not include false claims, fake urgency, deceptive pricing, bait-and-switch offers, fake endorsements, unsupported health claims, unsupported financial claims, misleading before-and-after claims, or any claim the advertiser cannot reasonably prove.

If an ad includes endorsements, testimonials, influencer content, affiliate relationships, paid reviews, discounts, or other material connections, the advertiser is responsible for providing any legally required disclosures.

12. ad labeling and user trust

Paid AdCards may be labeled or presented as sponsored, promoted, paid, advertising, or similar wording. sølsk may choose the disclosure style needed to make the commercial nature of the card clear to users.

Advertisers may not ask sølsk to hide that an AdCard is paid advertising or to make an ad appear like an organic user profile, user endorsement, safety notice, system message, or non-advertising feature.

13. destination links and tracking

Paid advertiser links must use secure https URLs and must lead to a safe, working, campaign-related destination. The destination must match the approved campaign and must not mislead users.

sølsk may reject or remove links that contain malware, deceptive redirects, unrelated landing pages, hidden tracking abuse, third-party pixels not approved in writing, forced downloads, suspicious forms, broken pages, or content that does not match the submitted ad.

14. prohibited advertiser content

sølsk may reject or remove campaigns involving content, products, services, or claims that are unsafe, illegal, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, exploitative, discriminatory, harassing, predatory, or not a good fit for the app.

Prohibited or restricted categories may include illegal goods, scams, weapons, adult sexual services, hate or harassment, exploitative social-discovery services, misleading financial offers, unsupported medical or wellness claims, political persuasion, counterfeit goods, malware, and any campaign that could harm user trust or safety.

15. advertiser assets and permissions

The advertiser must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for submitted text, images, videos, logos, music, trademarks, names, likenesses, testimonials, and landing pages.

By submitting assets, the advertiser gives sølsk permission to use, display, resize, crop, transcode, store, reproduce, and distribute those assets as needed to review, operate, display, measure, and document the campaign.

16. advertiser data and user privacy

Advertisers receive only the campaign information and reporting that sølsk chooses to provide. Advertisers do not receive personal user contact information, private user profile data, private messages, student email eligibility data, or individual user behavior logs unless a written agreement and applicable law allow it.

Advertisers may not attempt to identify, contact, profile, track, scrape, or retarget sølsk users outside the approved campaign experience unless the user clearly and voluntarily provides information directly to the advertiser outside sølsk.

17. metrics and reporting

sølsk may provide campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, click-through rate, dwell time, or other aggregate performance signals. Metrics are measured through sølsk systems and may differ from advertiser systems or third-party tools.

Metrics may be adjusted, delayed, filtered, or excluded for fraud prevention, testing, invalid traffic, duplicate events, technical errors, internal review, or other quality reasons.

18. payment, cancellation, taxes, and refunds

Payment is due before campaign launch unless a written agreement says otherwise. Campaigns may be delayed, paused, or cancelled if payment fails, payment is reversed, billing information is incomplete, or required advertiser information is missing.

Once campaign setup begins or a campaign launches, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing. Credits, make-goods, pauses, or refunds may be offered case by case at sølsk's discretion.

The advertiser is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion costs, chargebacks, payment disputes, or collection costs unless a written agreement says otherwise.

19. pauses and removals

sølsk may pause, remove, or cancel a campaign if the advertiser violates this policy, fails to pay, creates legal risk, creates safety risk, submits misleading content, changes the destination after approval, receives serious user complaints, or creates technical issues.

sølsk may also pause campaigns for maintenance, outages, emergency moderation, app review needs, fraud prevention, or other operational reasons.

20. what sølsk is not responsible for

To the maximum extent allowed by law, sølsk is not responsible for:

21. advertiser warranties

The advertiser represents and warrants that:

22. indemnification

The advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brandon Delgado and sølsk from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to the advertiser's campaign, products, services, claims, assets, landing pages, payment disputes, policy violations, legal violations, or breach of this policy.

23. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of Brandon Delgado and sølsk for any advertiser claim related to a campaign will not exceed the amount actually paid by the advertiser for the specific campaign period giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies to all legal theories, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, and equity, unless applicable law does not allow the limitation.

24. confidentiality

Non-public campaign discussions, pricing proposals, inventory estimates, product plans, technical details, user metrics, screenshots, dashboards, and business information shared with an advertiser are confidential unless already public or approved for sharing in writing.

The advertiser may not publish or share confidential sølsk information without written approval.

25. business status between the parties

Buying an AdCard does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, endorsement, sponsorship of sølsk, or joint venture status unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise.

Approval of an ad does not mean Brandon Delgado or sølsk endorses the advertiser, product, service, claim, offer, or landing page.

26. dispute resolution and arbitration

Before filing a claim, the advertiser agrees to send a written dispute notice to brandon@solsk.app and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy, an AdCard campaign, advertiser payment, campaign performance, or campaign cancellation will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, unless applicable law requires a different process or a written agreement says otherwise.

The arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas, or remotely if the arbitrator allows it. The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek temporary or emergency court relief for intellectual property misuse, confidentiality breaches, unpaid invoices, fraud, or misuse of the app while arbitration is pending.

Disputes must be handled individually. Class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, and representative actions are not allowed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

27. governing law and venue

This policy and all advertiser campaigns are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in or serving Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another venue.

28. severability, no waiver, and entire agreement

If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Failure to enforce any part of this policy does not waive the right to enforce it later.

This policy, together with any campaign-specific written agreement, approved invoice, insertion order, or signed order, forms the advertiser agreement for the campaign. It replaces prior discussions or proposals for that campaign unless those terms are included in the final written campaign documents.

29. policy changes

This advertiser policy may be updated at any time. Updates apply to future campaign periods unless a written agreement says otherwise. The latest version posted on this page controls unless campaign-specific written terms are more specific.
